      • A copy of your FESCO electricity bill from a neighboring property.
      • Proof of property ownership.
      • An attested copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).

FESCO New Connection Process

  1. Open the ENC Online Application Portal:
    • Start by launching the ENC online application portal on your desktop or laptop.

  3. Enter Your Neighbor’s Reference Number:
    • In the required field, input your neighbor’s reference number. The system will automatically populate other relevant fields, including your neighbor’s name, address, the distribution company name, and the corresponding sub-division details.
  4. Choose Your Load Details:
    • Depending on your connection type, select the appropriate load. For domestic connections, choose 5 KW. If you’re applying for industrial or commercial connections, the load will be above 5 KW.
  5. Select Connection Type:
    • If you’re applying for a residential connection, choose the “Domestic” type. For commercial connections, options like “Agricultural” and “Industrial” are also available.
  6. Specify Your Housing Situation:

    • Enter your personal mobile number in the first field and your father’s or husband’s mobile number in the second field.

    • If you’re the person acquiring the new connection, choose the same contact details as above. The system will automatically populate the relevant fields.
  11. Premises Details:
    • If you already have an installed electricity meter, provide the details here. Otherwise, select “0.”
  12. Load Requirement and Installation Address:
    • Specify your desired load for the new electricity connection and mention the address where you want to install the new meter.
  13. Step 13: Specify Your Appliances

In this section, you’ll need to list the appliances used in your home. If you have an air conditioner (AC), mention it in the designated field. Then, select the quantity of each appliance in the next tab. Additionally, provide the load consumed by each electric appliance.

Remember to add other appliances one by one using the “Add Row” option.
